The hotel was in an incredible location, to everything in the Medina. Thoroughly enjoyed that it was set not far from the alley outside, a nearby restaurant, and the world famous Medina market place where the thousands of souks reside

The stay was very nice, especially given how close it was to the Medina of Fez and other attractions like the Ibn Danan Synagogue and Marinid Tombs, all within a short walking distance. I particularly loved the spacious room, which was upgraded for free, and the good breakfast served every morning on the terrace. They were accommodating. A huge thank you to Mohammed for his personalized service.

The hotel was just great and the owner was incredibly friendly! We accidentally booked a r wrong room, which was no problem and we even got a room upgrade! Shuttle service in the middle of the night worked great and was absolutely serious! All in all we were absolutely thrilled by this beautiful Riad Hotel!

Stepping inside seemed like entering an oasis amidst the bustling medina. The amazing views from the terrace made my mornings special. The staff were attentive, consistently.
Be prepared for steep streets when walking back from the local attractions.

The staff was super friendly, very attentive and courteous. The Riyadh was very beautiful.
Unfortunately the bathroom in our room was not in such a good condition. But okay for just one night. At night laundry was washed, that was very noisy in Riyadh, in our room we had the feeling to sleep on a compressor. That's why I didn't give you the full score. Otherwise it was really very nice. It might be different in the other rooms.

Super nice staff, who care about the well-being of their guests at Hezen. We got an upgrade from Riyadh and stayed in the suite. We especially liked the private terrace. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Really good Service and a Fine Oasis
He not only welcomed us with mint tea but also arranged perfect breakfast setups tailored to our liking. The breakfast spread was good and filling, and I loved enjoying it on the terrace with a view of the old city. My room, a suite with a huge balcony, provided an excellent space to unwind after exploring the vibrant Medina, though cleanliness could have been a bit more consistent .
